Bug Description

The grafana package is missing under Ubuntu 18.04.

It will be great if a LTS release could provide those.

Thanks for reporting.

Looks like the package had some problems and was removed during the artful development cycle, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grafana/+publishinghistory and bug 1701548 for details. Presumably these issues would need to be resolved before the package can be reintroduced.
