Bug Description

I just upgraded gscan2pdf 1.3.9 to the ppa version 2.1.3, still using ubuntu 16.04.

After the upgrade, sending pdf via email no longer works whereas it worked before with 1.3.9 (regression). As a mail program, I'm using thunderbird as before.

Attached is the dialog box: When pressing OK, nothing happens and the dialog box also does not disappear unless I cancel the operation.

Yup. I broke the email functionality with yesterday's release. I never use the email functionality myself, as I always save first and email afterwards so I have a copy of the document outside my email archive.

Fortunately, the fix is simple. The attached patch fixes things for me. I'll try to push out a new release ASAP.

Newly released 2.1.4 does the trick. Thanks!
