Bug Description
The file Qt.rb is not installed by libqt0-ruby1.8 3.4.2-0ubuntu1
This means any ruby programs trying to use it fail as it is what provides 'Qt'. The file itself is just a stub that requires the real qtruby.rb lib.
The file is in kdebindings:
kdebindings-
but is just not installed. Possibly all that needs changing is adding a line to debian/

I hadn't realized that this is a main package. I will upload my debdiff. Sorry.
