Bug Description

Increasing verbosity level of ceph-ansible via CephAnsiblePlaybookVerbosity causes mistral to fail update of the DB and heat get stuck waiting for a response.

Set trash_output for ceph-ansible playbook run

Prevent Mistral from saving the entire execution output into its
own database.
