Bug Description
Hello!
I noticed that on Hardy the package ubuntu-minimal depends on ntpdate.
First, this doesn't seem necessary according to the description of ubuntu-minimal: network time synchronization is a nice feature, but not really needed.
Package ntpdate claims (in its description) that "If the full NTP daemon from the package "ntp" is installed, then ntpdate is not necessary." Which leads us to the second part of the problem: because of the above-mentioned dependency, ntpdate can't be uninstalled even if ntp is installed.
