failed to mount ntfs user disk with kiomedia

Bug Description

When trying to mount NTFS user disk, which is not listed in /etc/fstab, HAL fails with unknown error "TODO: have to rethink extra options".

Fixes for NTFS user hard disk mounting:
- remove uid parameter
- add correct locale parameter
