Bug Description

Starting mididings results in

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/mididings", line 18, in <module>
    import mididings
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/mididings/__init__.py", line 13, in <module>
    from mididings.setup import config, hook
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/mididings/setup.py", line 13, in <module>
    import _mididings
ImportError: dynamic module does not define init function (init_mididings)

This problem is of somewhat recent nature while the package itself is comparatively old. I suspect that a Python 2.7 update might have resulted in more stringent requirements for modules. Reinstalling either mididings or python-mididings with apt-get install --reinstall did not help.
