Missed dependency for epiphany-browser

Bug Description

When I try to start Epiphany I get this output error:
$ epiphany-browser
epiphany-browser: error while loading shared libraries: libplds4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

$ uname -r; lsb_release -a
2.6.24-2-generic
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu hardy (development branch)
Release: 8.04
Codename: hardy

I forgot to mention that I can't see any apport file in /var/crash.
