[Update Package] GnuCash 3.2

Gnucash 3.2 is current and introduces incompatibilities with earlier versions. This is particularly problematic in mixed environments where newer versions are readily available for Windows and MacOS and the versions in the Ubuntu repositories are frozen. GetDeb has traditionally been an excellent solution to this problem, but open bugs 1728456, 1739007, 1773681, and this current submission indicate a strong need for an updated GnuCash package in the GetDeb repo. An updated package would be very beneficial to all the Ubuntu GnuCash users who have come to depend on GetDeb releases.
