Bug Description
When building classic images, ubuntu-image calles live-build to generate the root filesystem that is later included in the image. live-build is a rather complicated machinery and we can use only a few of its options if we call it from ubuntu-image. It would make sense to call it externally, so users can take full advantage of its flexibility, and then use ubuntu-image to create the full image. This can be done as an alternative to specifying the lb project in ubuntu-image command line.
Also, this will provide flexibility for rootfs that have not been necessarily created by lb.
