Bug Description
How to Reproduce (on Xubuntu 16.04):
Step-1: Install ubuntu-mate-themes and ubuntu-
Step-2: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Appearance. Switch to Ambiance-MATE theme.
Step-3: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Appearance, click Icons tab. Switch to Ambiance-MATE icon theme.
Step-4: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Window Manager.
Expected Behaviour: Ambiance-MATE should be showing in the Window Manager styles, so we can switch the Window title theme.
Actual Behaviour: Ambiance-MATE isn't showing in the Window Manager styles.

Ambiance-MATE has no theme support for xfwm4 (the Xfce window manager).
