Bug Description
Currently, the notification that tells the user that they need to refresh pod looks like this:
* "Pod vast-bream needs to be refreshed to gather storage pool information. Dismiss"
It would be much nicer if it would actually provide a link to the pod or a quick link to the action to execute the request.
* "Pod vast-bream needs to be refreshed to gather storage pool information. Click here to refresh your pod. "
This could take you to the page that will refresh the pod.
