qabro crashes when unicode characters in the `snap list` output

Bug Description
Sometimes, during attachment processing, qabro returns an error. When checking qabro.log, we can see:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 5: ordinal not in range(128)
After some investigation, it is because it uses the output of `snap list`, which sometimes contains unicode characters such as the '…' in the line below:
