  3. ./configure
  4. make
  5. make install

This failure can be reproduced with the kernel in -release 4.4.0-130-generic, therefore it should not be considered as a regression.

There is a recent change for msgctl in the ltp repo. This test can pass with with commit revert back to 1a11467414
