Items Out -> cannot sort by title

click on title to sort and screen flashes but the items remain in the same order they are not sorted

click on barcode to sort and items are sorted by barcode as expected

Realized I filed a duplicate bug. Copying over my comments:

While looking into the issues with sort for bug 1786501, it seems there is also an issue with title sort (but only title sort) in patron items out.

All other column sorts work as expected in this interface, but title does not sort in any kind of recognizable alphabetical order. This was working prior as part of the fix for bug 1697954.

Tested in 3.1.3 & 3.1.2. I also looked at it in 3.0.8 and it appears to be working correctly there.
