according to DpkgTerminalLog.txt this happened because hplip was missing some files which triggered an error in configuring python3-ipython which in turn triggered an error to install ipython3

reassigning to hplip package for further inspection

affects: ipython (Ubuntu) → hplip (Ubuntu)
