Player de video padrão Ubuntu 18.04 LTS não aparece imagem em vídeos mp4

Vídeos em mp4 não aparece a imagem no aplicativo padrão de vídeo TOTEM do Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Só funciona o SOM.
