Bug Description

The name column contains several corrupted characters in the Web client as of 3.1. I've attached a screenshot. Thanks!

When I open 950.data.seed-values.sql with vim, I see the same corrupted characters as those displayed in the client. So if vim isn't playing tricks on me, the issue seems to be with the data, not the display.

Using Ben's test server with Evergreen 3.2 beta1, I can confirm that the problem is still there.
