Bug Description

It would be good if when changing the Echo effect between Quantised and Free if the Time parameter kept the same value in mS (rather than same knob position like it currently does.)

This would make it possible to do a synchronised beat-echo mixout/fade as per this thread by assigning the FX chain to CHY (the incoming track) in Quantise mode, set the time in Beats, change to Free mode and keep this parameter exactly as is, the assign the FX to CHX (the outgoing track) and you would have the correct value for the Echo Time to echo a beat on fading it out.

Can this be disturbing, that we may get out of sync situation on a controller?
I expect not, because you switch the knobs around anyway.

As the knobs in the effects section are often changing what they are controlling, whether wet/dry and super or the individual knobs of different units, I would say the loss of position sync on changing mode is a minor annoyance personally....
