Double child window in applications

Bug Description

When opening child windows in applications it's appearing with double windows. So it has two title bars, a wider window containing the application's child window itself as in the attached image of this report

I tried to open this bug directly to Gala, but I couldn't because it says that Gala must be configured in order for Launchpad to forward bugs to the project's developers. So I opened at pantheon-dock, the only suitable option that appeared when I made the bug report at elementary os launchpad. How can I report bugs for Gala?
