Bug Description
Used to display feedback messages from AJAX requests.
#api_progress should be some kind of spinning indicator that it is still working.
You can test the messages by adding a new web build, the messages will be displayed when updating/saving the build.
You can test the errors by disabling your network while attempting the same.
Whitespace needs to be retained for DB install progress bar.
