Bug Description
When my laptop starts, it took a very long time. I CTRL-F2, and I discovered the following message:
"a start job is running for snappy daemon"
Boot sequence seems to be stuck up a long time with this deamon.
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS always up to date.
My laptop is a HP Elitebook 8470p
