Bug Description
Running Peppermint9 live,
I noticed that the software manager does not have any favicons for a significant portion of the apps in there, replaced with the Peppermint logo. (I was viewing the programs under Graphics)

This was a normal function of the older minstinstall that we shipped with, if an app icon didn't exist it would be replaced with the Peppermint icon in a square.
But since Peppermint 9 shipped we've released an update to mintinstall anyway.
