Bug Description
I often have my Dell xps-13 9360 hooked up to a keyboard, mouse, and monitor with the laptop closed. If I lock the system with Super-L, then remove the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, then open the lid of the laptop, the system is unlocked. After this, the system will also not respond to Super-L or the lock option from the system tray.
If I plugin everything back in, after it switches back to the external monitor the system is locked. I can unlock and start working.
If I unplug everything while the machine is unlocked, then the system behaves normally and I can unlock and relock with everything unplugged.
