Thank you in advance for your prompt help : I rebuilt my PC yesterday (certainly because of that : I couldn't use it anylonger). Till it solved, how can I kill it definitely ?

No other packages depend on or recommend hyphen-en-gb, so it should be easy to remove it. Just did, btw:
$ sudo apt purge hyphen-en-gb
