Bug Description
When the 'manual' provider is chosen in the `add-cloud` dialog the following prompt is printed:
Enter the controller's hostname or IP address:
This is confusing as there is currently no controller existing.
Suggested wording:
Enter the hostname or IP address of the intended controller:
