package resolvconf (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: package resolvconf is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status 'half-installed')

Was trying to install this in order to get openvpn client working.
Ultimately I think I resolved this but every time I start up the machine it requests that I report this bug - so I did.
