Bug Description

The derive parameters workflow for HCI assumes 3 GB per OSD for its calculation [1].
However, the Ceph project is now recommending 5 GB per OSD when using containers as
per a recent ceph-ansible change [2]. The workflow should be updated to use 5 GB.
