Mixxx 2.2.0: no ability to SEARCH PLAYLISTS

Clicking PLAYLISTS and then SEARCH leaves the SEARCH box disabled. There seems to be no way to SEARCH through all PLAYLISTS. Thanks.

I cannot confirm this. The search is disabled for AutoDj though, which is intended to not play hidden tracks, which could be surprising.

I think they might mean searching from the root playlists node (i.e. with no playlist selected). Paul, is that right?

It should be extremely useful feature.

Through years I have made lots of playlists of different "personalities" and combinations. (I am a radio DJ and some friends parties) At the end of each event I save my playlist)

Sometimes I need to combine some of them with parts of other lists.

It would be extremely useful if I could search for the track on the root of Playlists tree and all lists containing this track to be hilighted. So I could enter each one and check the combination and the "personality" of each one list.

Of course it can be done through the Tracks general search but that way we would have one more search active.
