Generates initrd-image with wrong name

Bug Description

Running 'dracut -f' on Ubuntu 18.04 creates the file /boot/initramfs-4.15.0-23-generic.img.
I have to manually move it to overwrite the file /boot/initrd.img-4.15.0-23-generic that is in use.

That is fixed in Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy) with dracut 051-1.
