Bug Description

I have gutsy on a Dell Latitude D630 with the NVidia restricted drivers loaded. There's a problem with the window "snapping" feature (not sure if that's the right name)--- this is the feature that causes the window to behave like it's stretched over frame with rubber bands for edges-- when you maximize or minimize the window, the edges "bounce" a little. The problem I see is that when the window is too close to the edge, the bouncing sometimes causes the window to wiggle perpetually, or to crawl across the screen. I caught this behavior with xvidcap, so I have an mpeg that shows the behavior. Not sure how to attach it to this bug...
