Bug Description

Hi all,

I have a desktop computer using Gutsy with an integrated SiS graphics card:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 661/741/760 PCI/AGP or 662/761Gx PCIE VGA Display Adapter (prog-if 00 [VGA])
Subsystem: ASRock Incorporation Unknown device 6331
Flags: 66MHz, medium devsel, IRQ 11
BIST result: 00
Memory at c0000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=128M]
Memory at cfee0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=128K]
I/O ports at ac00 [size=128]
Capabilities: <access denied>

When I try to use my USB webcam on this computer, the image is in shades of green. The same webcam on my laptop (also Gutsy, this time with an intel graphics card) works perfectly well.

Can someone tell me what's going on? What kind of info can I provide to find out how to fix this?
