Does it happen with the packaged version only or also when compiling ?

There are known problems that only happen with the fc28 packaged inkscape version, which probably need to be repackaged.

It happens on the packaged version, compiled with:

       -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE:STRING="-DNDEBUG" \
        -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE:STRING="-DNDEBUG" \
        -DCMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS_RELEASE:STRING="-DNDEBUG" \
        -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE:BOOL=ON \
        -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr \
        -DINCLUDE_INSTALL_DIR:PATH=/usr/include \
        -DLIB_INSTALL_DIR:PATH=/usr/lib64 \
        -DSYSCONF_INSTALL_DIR:PATH=/etc \
        -DSHARE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr/share \

But does not on the base tarball with:
cmake .
make -j4

Still reproducable on f29 with 0.92.4-4. Apparently -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 is bringing these to light. I can help test patches if needed.
