Report template editor is missing data types

Bug Description

In the report template editor, the data type for displayed field names is not visible, not is the output type for the field transforms. This data displays in the xul client report template editor.

They swapped out the word with glyphicons for the field types. So the info is there, just presented a bit differently. Also, since the filters have been folded, I'm not sure we're as worried about the aggregate vs non-aggregate status of the transforms in my consortium.
