the q1 can't shut down after about 16 fastboots on the image of 2007/12/21

Bug detailed descriptions:

I conducted a clean boot, and test fastboot. everytime I boot the system, I do nothing but short press the power button to shut down the system, then I short press the power button again, the system run fast boot.
after 16 fast boot. the system can not shut down, the screen is black, there are 3 lights of power, wireless, mouse on, no matter what button or operation I do with the q1, the system can not shut down, but long press the power button to power off the q1.
I tried to reproduce the issue again. after a clean boot, I run 4 fast boot with no operation after the system is booted, and run 3 fast boot while every time system is booted on, I launch the moblin-media, then the system can not shut down.

Reproduce steps:

1. make a clean boot.
2. fast boot 16 times.

Current result:

The system can not shut down.

Expect result:
-----------------------------------------
The system can be shut down.

This is not moblin kernel as moblin kernel is not used on a Q1U. Ubuntu's kernel is what's used on a Q1U.
