Deleted vm’s ports are not getting deleted in ports page in new UI

Bug Description
Steps to repro:
==============
1. Created a virtual network vn1 with the subnet - 10.10.10.0/24
2. Created 3 VMs under the virtual network vn1.
3. Then deleted the VMs.
But the deleted vm's vmi is still existing in the port page.
