prevu build fails when libpam-tmpdir is used.

Bug Description

When the pam package pam_tmpdir.so is used, which allowes per user temporary directories, prevu fails to apply patches correctly.

It fails with an error like this:

test -d debian/patched || install -d debian/patched
dpatch apply-all
applying patch 000-Build_system_do_not_install_init_script to ./ ...patch: **** Can't create file /tmp/user/1000/poAciRqO : No such file or directory
 failed.
make: *** [patch-stamp] Error 1
Copying back the cached apt archive contents
...
