When use ‘neutron net-update’, we can change the 'vlan-transparent' dynamically.

We implement the vlan-transparent for openvswitch Ml2 driver, when we create network, we can set the 'vlan-transparent' property. But, if we want to change the 'vlan-transparent' in network, the 'neutron net-update' didn't work.

The vlan_transparent attribute is not updatable according to the API (allow_put: False), so this is not a bug.

Are you working on an extension to change that?

Sorry, I'm too busy to forgot reply. I add this 'vlan-transparent' param for this patch: https://review.opendev.org/#/c/623980/. But it not seem to a bug.

Do You plan to work on this rfe and to implement new API extension to allow update of vlan-transparent attribute through API? If so can You reply to Miguel's comment #3 and give us some details about Your use case for that? And some details, what backend changes would this API change require also.
