Enhance the zcrypt device driver to support the architectural limit of crypto adapters that is the theoretical maximum of 255 adapters with zEC12 and later hardware

Since 4.17.0.4.7 is in cosmic-proposed changing to Fix Committed.
But commit IDs would be good to have.
