TripleO: Problems installing just the undercloud

Using tripleo-quickstart to install just the undercloud failed

The installation command:
  $bash quickstart.sh --tags all --playbook quickstart.yml --release master -e overcloud_nodes="" 192.168.1.45

The Error:

IMHO this was fixed when the standalone role was introduced on tripleo. If there is no rejection we can close this.
