libtimidity needs packaging for gstreamer

Bug Description

For out of the box software midi playback in gstreamer, we need libtimidity ( http://libtimidity.sourceforge.net ) packaged.

only wildmidi backend to gstreamer was added by bug #111555.

the timidity backend is still missing, therefore gstreamer/nautilus/etc cannot play many interesting midi soundfonts like fluid-soundfont-gm, see bug #229786.
