I tried a million thing that I even can't remember. But I recently found this bug that might be related:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81331

and also someone was saying that I could fix this by adding ACPI ID to drivers/input/mouse/elan_i2c_core.c (But I don't know how to edit the distribution and recompile it and all that stuff)

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.17 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.
