Bug Description

Evergreen 3.1

Some of the available columns for the hold shelf are irrelevant or very unlikely to be needed.

Hold Expire Date/Time - captured holds no longer have an expire time so there is no value in this field (and this field can easily be confused by staff with Shelf Expire Time).

As well a number of columns related to the Requesting user are unlikely to be needed:
Alert Message (Requesting User)
Barred (Requesting User)
Claims Never Checked Out Count (Requesting User)
Claims-returned Count (Requesting User)
Date of Birth (Requesting User)
Daytime Phone (Requesting User)
Email Address (Requesting User)
Evening Phone (Requesting User)
Family Linkage or other Group (Requesting User)
Is Deleted (Requesting User)
Is Group Lead Account (Requesting User)
Juvenile (Requesting User)
Last Transaction ID (Requesting User)
OPAC/Staff Client Holds Alias (Requesting User)
Other Phone (Requesting User)
Photo URL (Requesting User)
Prefix/Title (Requesting User)
Primary Identification (Requesting User)
Record Creation Date/Time (Requesting User)
Record Last Update Time (Requesting User)
Secondary Identification (Requesting User)
Suffix (Requesting User)
User Credit Balance (Requesting User)

If there are other columns that staff feel are unnecessary in the Hold Shelf screen please add them to this bug.

With the branch on bug 1712854, the column picker options have changed. Many of the previously-identified columns have been removed, but more columns have been added, some of which should probably be removed too.

I have created a spreadsheet with the following:

Column 1 - Column picker options available with the new code. I highlighted in yellow ones we think could be removed. Below the list, I also added a few columns that we think should be added.
Column 2 - The corresponding column picker options from the old web client code (not xul code).
Column 3 - Columns that were removed as part of this branch. The only removal that concerns me is the holds alias.

When the other branch is merged, I can commit to cleaning this up a bit more. However, I would like more eyes on the spreadsheet so that I'm not taking away fields that are important to folks.

The spreadsheet is at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fZDUF_oxoLPKBhkKlnBdue4Wo5iqkjCPIzdaCJ1at6Y/edit?usp=sharing

I updated Kathy's spreadsheet from 2018 with a new column for revisiting this list for version 3.6+

The spreadsheet is still at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fZDUF_oxoLPKBhkKlnBdue4Wo5iqkjCPIzdaCJ1at6Y/edit?usp=sharing

The first column is now the current review for 2021.

Column 1 - 2021 review
Column 2 - Kathy's original list and suggestions
Column 3 - Corresponding column picker from old webby
Column 4 - Columns previously removed

The yellow highlights still represent proposals for removing these fields from the column picker options.
There are suggestions to add fields at the end of the list in the first column.

If there are other columns that staff feel are unnecessary in the Hold Shelf screen (or if there are columns you feel should not be removed that have been highlighted) please add notes to this bug or indicate on the spreadsheet.
