video lagging in browser and vlc too. audio is okey, but video is lagging. Cheese lagging too. Sorry for my english.

If video is lagging in the browser too then this is either a general graphics performance issue or you have multiple issues.

That said, you do seem to be using your Intel GPU more than the Nvidia one according to the above logs, so please try this for smoother video playback:

 1. sudo apt install ubuntu-restricted-addons vainfo mpv
 2. Try playing video in 'totem' or 'mpv'

If that doesn't solve then problem then please run 'vainfo' and send us the output.

Did you try playing with totem and mpv? We don't recommend vlc.

If so then this is now a general gnome-shell performance bug.

mpv solved my problem for downloaded videos. But chrome videos still lagging

If you are sure the problem is only in Chrome then you can report Chrome bugs at:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list

Only if you are using Chromium (not Chrome) can we also track the bug here.
