Please sync dreamchess 0.1.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- - removed deprecated Encoding field (done in Debian)
- - removed dreamchess-fullscreen.destkop installation command (name of desktop entry in menu was renamed to not get confused)
- - it builds fine in Hardy pbuilder.
