Bug Description

No connectivity issue, the weather is correctly displayed, yet the message keeps popping up. This may or may not be related to #739293.

Small changes described at (https://www.snowman.idv.tw/awn-applet-weather-network-error-weathercould-not-retrieve-weather-data-you-may-be-experiencing-connectivity-issues) helped before, but the message started appearing again.
