bugreports dont get repaired!

It's a shame. Here is a Distribution that work great. But every half Year I as normal user feel again a bit forgotten. This Distribution seem nice. The desktop do work good and many things are smooth. But the World outside this shiny surface is a shit.

I'm a normal user with a little bit of knowledge, to much or to less knowledge it seems.
 - To much to be able to look over problems like a Desktop where a primary Display setting has no effect and as workaround you have to setup your wished primary desktop as left monitor. Or Programs which it seems not work since 2015. And nobody try to repair it or remove it from the Software center, heck not even a workaround tick on an option in default setting of a program which let the software work, do you provide even you know about this hint to get it work since 2015.
If you surf through Software center there are in my opinion to many comments with the Problem "Software do not start/not work/crash and is not usable".
 - To less of knowledge because your issue don't get attention if you don't know the package which is the Problem.

And than... you get a hint to find it your self with "https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage"
If I saw this my first thinking was.. " ...ah what the fuck. ... Lets ignore this, error. I could live with it"
Why not enhance your Apport Program a bit? Something like a recorder. So I could press "REC" Open Program with my mouse and Keyboard do the Clicks that's needed and then finish it. In background it get Information about all Program I clicked and so one and you the developer really see what's the Problem. Hey maybe the Program is able to get corner the Problem and detect which one,two, three package don't work together in a way it should.

And please! Don't bother me with something like "upstream" what ever. Bother the developer of launchpad.net that this software is not able to do that if needed.

I know you are not well suited with developers which could do this bug reporting and so one. In such a situation is a god working bug-reporting tool on desktop and also a some how Intuitive usable Website for reporting more important then usually. Work on them and don't think that because shit exist somewhere you have an excuse to don't made it ever better. I would prefer you focus on Launchpad.net and apport then the next shiny desktop.

Pleas apologize this outbreak of displease but my hope is to get you omniscient developers to the point of the view of a normal User.

If you have some other contacts, blogs or Forums where I'm able to address this kind of Problems to the correct recipient better then this bug tracker, please feel free to enhance this ticket with more use full information. Other wise please allocate this Ticket to a recipient in Canonical Ltd. which is able to resolve this Issue.
