Bug Description

contrail-vrouter-dpdk is missing boost-devel as a build dependency
contrail-nodemgr is missing boost-devel, bison, flex, gcc-c++ dependencies
contrail is missing kernel-devel and openssl dependencies
ironic-notification-manager is missing bison, boost-devel, flex and gcc-c++ dependencies

We need to add them.
