Bug Description
OpenStack: rocky master (2018/6/12)
When execute stack.sh on a compute node, spp-config-buird.py failed with the following error and stack.sh failed.
"ImportError: No module named google.
Workaround:
Execute "sudo pip install protobuf" and execute stack.sh again.

There is no problem when execute stack.sh on a compute node.
