Web Client: Item Status Detail View Missing "Show" Actions

Evergreen Web Client 3.0.8

Item Status Detail View's Actions menu is missing all the "Show" options available from List View. The actions available from List View but not Detail View are:
Show...
-Triggered Events
-Item Holds
-Record Holds
-Print Labels

Just a note that as of 3.2.0, the following menu items are also missing from the Detail View:
* Show in Catalog
* Add > Item Alerts.
* Edit > Manage Item Alerts.

I created a branch for this, called user/sandbergja/lp1775920-item-status-menu-option-consistency

Here are the testing instructions from the commit message:
    1) Go into item status and scan in a few barcodes.
    2) Select one of the items from the grid.
    3) Click on the Actions menu. Note the list of actions.
    4) Click the Detail View button.
    5) Click the Actions menu. Note that several actions from
    step 3 are missing.
    6) Apply this commit.
    7) Repeat step 5. Make sure that all the actions are now
    available on the Detail View actions menu (although some have
    slightly different names, to match the clarifying wording
    introduced in lp1717551)
    8) Make sure that all the actions work correctly.
